500 Series
One captive screw completes wire connection
500 Series assembly instructions.
Remove cap.
Strip wire 5/16 inch.
Insert bare wire through guide holes located behind the strain relief.
Make sure the insulation is up against the holes.
Check polarity with markings on body.
Replace the cap and tighten captive screw securely.
For high temperature applications with thermal cycling, strip wire back ½ inch and double the wire before inserting through the guide holes.

Split wire 3/8 inch with ¼ inch bare.
Insert bare ends under the hold down screws (There is no need to remove the screws).
Check polarity with the markings on the body.
Tighten the hold down screws firmly.
Replace the cover and tighten the single screw.
